📩 How does Secret Reads work?
You choose one of our packages and tell me a little about what you like to read. Then I choose a book especially for you, always wrapped and filled with little surprises!


⏳ How long is the delivery time?
Each package is hand-packed, so delivery can take up to 3–6 weeks depending on order and stock status. Sometimes faster.


📚 Can I request a genre or type of book?
Yes! In the form after your purchase you can write what genres and themes you like, e.g. “spicy romance”, “thriller”, “dark academia” or “fantasy”.


🎁 What does the package contain?
Each box contains a secret book and small thematic accessories (bookmark, stickers, tea, candy, pen, self-care products, etc.).
The luxury package often includes something extra.


💾 Is shipping included in the price?
Yes, shipping is included in the price of all our packages.


💔 I received a book I already have – what do I do?
I select the books with care, but cannot guarantee that you have not already read the title or that the book is completely free of minor cosmetic flaws.


🎃 What is the Book of the Month?
Every month I choose a predetermined book with a new theme, such as Halloween, winter fun or summer adventures.
You don't know which book it will be, but the theme is revealed before ordering.

Do you have any allergies or special requests? Please contact us before or immediately after ordering – most things can be resolved! 💌


📩 Can I return my book box?
According to EU consumer laws and the Distance Contracts Act, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
BUT : Secret Read boxes are considered custom products because the book is selected based on your personal preferences and the box is built to order.
Therefore, no right of withdrawal applies according to Chapter 2, Section 11 of the Distance Contracts Act.
So you can't return a box just because you don't like the book.
If something is wrong, damaged or does not match the order, the right of complaint applies.


đŸ› ïž What happens if the package is damaged or lost?
If PostNord has lost or damaged the package, I will of course help:
– Contact me directly
– I am making a complaint to the shipping company
– You get a new box or your money back (you choose)
You should not suffer financially from transport damage.
